Yesterday my husband and I did the bioluminescent and starfish point excursion with the Sweet Spot. It exceeded my expectations. Marcella, Sugar Bear, and Jimbo were delightful. I was so appreciative with how much they made this experience and were incredibly knowledgeable. They gave everyone wet suits which I appreciated so no one had to worry about any potential jellyfish. Loved seeing the starfish and the bioluminescence bay tour was unreal. I wanted to rebooked and do this same excursion while we’re here again, but unfortunately due to the lunar cycle, they don’t do the tour when it’s close to a full moon as the light would be prohibitive to seeing the full glow of the bio bay at night. What I can say is book early!! 100% must do! Will book with them again when I’m back on GCM. An added bonus—they have a bus that can pick you up at your Seven Mile Hotels and take you directly to the boat and return you back later that night.

This tour was one of the magical experiences I've ever had. The guides Siegler, Rommel, all of them, were friendly, knowledgeable, and made us safe throughout the trip. If you're visiting Grand Cayman, this is definitely a must-do, and make sure you book it with The Sweet Spot.

Mike and Jesse shared a lot of knowledge about the star fish, jellyfish and the Bioluminescence! They were very friendly and courteous. Fantastic and Fun tour guides and Thank You so much for a wonderful tour.

We didn’t know what to expect. Captain Marvin and his crew were very nice and very helpful Marvin and his crew. They took us to see starfish which were amazing. Then we did the bioluminescent plankton which is a once in a lifetime thing. Totally recommend Captain Marvin and his crew and that adventure. Worth every penny and we’d do it again the next time we go to Cayman.

We had a wonderful time on our tour of Starfish Point and the bioluminescent Bay. Jaden and the rest of the crew were very knowledgeable. I would recommend getting the photos. Romel has a lot of experience taking videos and photos especially of the the bioluminescent reaction. Thank you

The Jewel In The Caribbean Crown
At 22 miles long, Grand Cayman is the largest of the three Cayman Islands and home to the capital city, George Town. The island sits in the Caribbean Sea, framed by Cuba to the north, Jamaica due east, and Mexico to the west. The island is a popular port stop for cruise ships, and passengers are attracted to the duty-free shopping, beautiful beaches, and extraordinary animals.
Extraordinary sea-going animals can be seen in the world-famous Stingray City. This popular site attracts groups of swimmers who stand on the sandbars in waist-high water, admiring the gentle stingrays. On land, you'll find a unique reptile, the Grand Cayman Blue Iguana.
